Power Station at BerkleeNYC
New York, NY
(1) Applications
(1) Spaces
First opened in 1977, Power Station Studios quickly became one of the most legendary recording spaces in the world. Founded and acoustically designed by Tony Bongiovi in a converted Con Edison power relay station, the facility set a new standard for live-sound multitrack recording. Over the decades, it has hosted icons including Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Madonna, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon, along with later generations of artists such as Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney, Norah Jones, and John Mayer. The facility has now been fully renovated and reimagined under Berklee’s leadership as Power Station at BerkleeNYC, continuing its role as New York’s premier recording destination.
For this historic renovation, Times Square Lighting supplied our color mixing, tunable white Mosaic Flood fixtures with our DMX track system. These versatile, theatrical-grade luminaires allow the studio team to precisely mix color, shift white light, and adapt atmospheres to the unique needs of recording sessions, performances, and events. The ability to transform the mood of a space with light adds immense value, supporting both the creative process of artists and the technical demands of engineers.
We are honored to contribute to the next chapter of Power Station’s story, ensuring that its spaces not only sound extraordinary but look and feel extraordinary too.

Meow Wolf Convergence Station
Denver, CO
(2) Applications
(2) Spaces
Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station in Denver is a 90,000-square-foot fusion of art, light, and narrative that challenges the boundaries of experiential design. As a multi-sensory, multi-dimensional environment, the project required a lighting system that was both dynamic and adaptable to each exhibit.
We are incredibly proud to serve as a lighting partner for this groundbreaking installation. Our full-spectrum, tunable white Mosaic Series played a critical role in helping the creative team bring the experience to life. The fixtures were chosen for their precision, reliability, and ability to adjust color and intensity in real time based on the evolving atmosphere of each room.
At Convergence Station, light does more than reveal art, it becomes part of the story. The artists and designers took full advantage of the Mosaic Series' versatility, using theatrical color transitions and carefully controlled white light to shape mood, rhythm, and emotion throughout.
What we’re most proud of is how the lighting designers pushed the limits of what’s possible with track lighting. Their imaginative use of our fixtures — sometimes bold, sometimes invisible — redefined how color, directionality, and dimming can support emotional impact and audience engagement.
Convergence Station is proof that when creative vision meets the right tools, the results are unforgettable.

Heinz History Center - Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum
Pittsburgh , PA
(1) Applications
(2) Spaces
Brad Burmeister, Exhibit Production Manager at Senator John Heinz History Center worked directly with Times Square Lighting, Gormley-Farrington and Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. to create an updated experience within the Western Pennsylvania Sports Museum.
Tasked with replacing 41 theatrical fixtures that were linked to an Alcorn McBride synchronized lighting platform; the existing theatrical fixtures utilized 575 watts of power (per fixture) while the new TRIBECA fixtures lowered that energy consumption to 50 watts per fixture. The TRIBECA fixture allowed so much flexibility for Brad and his overall needs for the exhibit.
During installation, the team was also appreciative of the fixture and the capabilities that it allowed them to create the perfect experience for the museum visitor. Everyone involved noticed a significant difference in the lighting quality of the exhibits. There was a significant drop in heat that was produced from installing the new fixtures. In the end, the project was successful, utilizing the newest lighting technologies while recreating the lighting synchronization to create an updated experience at the museum for everyone to enjoy.
